Digital Oracles for agencies & consultancies

Turn client demand for AI into your next revenue stream.

Develop offers your clients will pay for, with Digital Oracles as your product and engineering partner. You bring the client relationships. We help you shape, scope and build the work, without hiring an internal development team.

The partnership

The Digital Oracles Alliance.

A partnership to help you develop AI offers and deliver them for your clients.

You may already have a brief that needs a technical team. Or you may see the opportunity but need help deciding what to sell. We can scope a client project directly, while our founding Alliance brings partners together to develop shared offers and tools for future work.

The founding offer

You know your clients. We help you find the AI opportunity.

Identify what your clients would pay for, turn it into an offer and bring in our team to build it. Founding partners help shape the offers and tools around the needs they see in their own client work.

For founding partners, the initial work to develop shared offers is free. Discovery audits, prototypes and builds are paid separately. Bespoke training is delivered by our sister company, NoCodeLab.ai.

How you make money

You set the price. You keep your margin.

Digital Oracles quotes you for the build. You decide what to charge your client. Your client pays you. You pay us.

Our quote to you

A fee for the technical work agreed in the brief.

Your quote to the client

The complete offer.

Our fee, plus your strategy, design, account management or other services, with your own margin added.

The brief determines the build.

Tools we build with

Tech agnostic. We choose the best model and platform for each brief. These are tools we work with, not partnerships.

Already have a client brief?

Bring us the problem, intended outcome and what you know about the scope. You can commission a project without joining the founding cohort.

A few useful answers

Can you work behind our brand?

Yes. We can act as your white-label product and engineering team or work alongside you as a visible technical partner. Normally you pay Digital Oracles and charge your client separately. Direct client contracts are also possible.

What is included at no charge?

The initial shared offer-development support for founding partners. Prototypes, MVPs and other builds begin against a paid brief. Complex projects may require a paid discovery audit before we can price delivery.

When do we bring you into a client conversation?

When there is a named client, a specific problem, a current process, an intended outcome, relevant systems and an indication of budget and timing. The toolkit supports early exploration; our team joins to scope the opportunity.

Do we need to join the Alliance to commission a build?

No. If you already have a qualified client brief, we can discuss the scope and next step directly. Founding cohort participation is for partners who also want to help develop shared offers and tools.

Is training a prerequisite?

No. Digital Oracles handles the builds. NoCodeLab.ai provides bespoke training when it is useful, including helping teams operate and maintain products where appropriate.
