Seer for No Brainer
Seer: a growth intelligence platform an agency uses to grow its clients' revenue
- The brief
- No Brainer, a Warrington PR and search agency, wanted to stop relying on off-the-shelf AI tools and own a product of its own.
- What we built
- It started with a one-day build session in December 2025, where the team made four working prototypes. Seer was one of them. We developed it with No Brainer's team, then engineered the production platform on their own cloud. Seer shows brands where their revenue opportunities are across SEO, AI search, content, social discovery and digital PR, with forecasts the team can adjust and export. No Brainer owns the IP.
- Where it is now
- Seer launched commercially in June 2026. No Brainer uses it to find revenue for its clients, and we keep developing it with them.

Project 02Sold to the agency · now in their hands
A GEO tool for a global creative agency
A tool that shows how brands appear in AI answers
- The brief
- A global creative agency wanted to show its clients something no SEO tool could: how their brands appear when people ask an AI model instead of a search engine.
- What we built
- We turned our research on brand visibility in AI answers into a working tool, built with the agency's team over a series of build sessions. The second version ran a 60-second share-of-voice scan, or a 100-query in-depth analysis across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
- Where it is now
- The agency bought the tool. Its engineering team has since rebuilt it as its own product.

Project 03In use
A Copilot agent for an FMCG brand
A Microsoft Copilot agent for a large FMCG brand's portfolio questions
- The brief
- A large FMCG brand, through its creative agency, needed to answer pricing, portfolio and new-product questions from market data. The product codes in that data didn't follow the brand's own product structure.
- What we built
- A Microsoft Copilot agent. It maps market data to the brand's approved product hierarchy, groups products by master code, classifies them by category, format and packaging, and applies retailer rollups the same way every time. The brand's validated lookup files are its source of truth, so every answer follows the business's own definitions.
- Where it is now
- In use by the brand's team.

Project 04Scope signed off · build starts November 2026
A marketing plugin for a sports brand
A marketing operating system, packaged as a Claude plugin
- The brief
- The same agency came back with a second client, a sports brand. The job: turn the brand's repeat marketing tasks into tools its team can use every day, on brand.
- What we built
- A single Claude plugin with seven marketing workflows, including a pitch deck generator, platform-specific captions and a content calendar. Every workflow draws on one brand package: tone of voice, messaging, visual rules and approved copy examples. Review steps are agreed with the client. The agency keeps the client relationship; we build behind it.
- Where it is now
- The client signed off the scope in October 2026. The build starts with the client team in November. We'll update this when it's in use.

Project 05In use
Invoicing for PeopleObsessed
An invoicing engine for a New York recruitment agency
- The brief
- PeopleObsessed handles hundreds of freelancer invoices a week, and each one needs a matching "mirror invoice" for the client. The work was spread across Gmail, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Bill.com and banking platforms that didn't talk to each other, and one operations manager held it all together.
- What we built
- A layer that connects the tools they already use. An AI-powered shared inbox pulls in only the relevant freelancer emails, sorts them and extracts the data from attachments. Live directories track projects and freelancer onboarding. Mirror invoices are created in one click. The team updates its own data with drag-and-drop imports, with no developer needed.
- Where it is now
- In use by the team, with no extra headcount.
